Noticed is issued to BCCI by Delhi High Court for naming Robot dog as Champak for constitutes trademark is infringement

Going further there are many reasons on what delhi High court has issued a noticed are many but before that just to remind back BCCI has named Robotic Dog as Champak on 29 March IPL 2025 which was finalized after the Fan Poll during the IPL So if you all Remember there is the Magazine call on the name of Champak which has trademark has filed the petition.
And That is the Reason The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) for this reason which was used regularly in the IPL 2025 for naming the IPL Robot dog as Champak which was already a trademark
Now need to wait and watch what BCCI will be responding to this to Delhi High court
Now Court has a written statement from BCCI that too in next four weeks
This controversy rise when a famous AI Dog was the most highlight of the IPL tournament and was also the attraction but this controversy is now new challenge to BCCI which now needs to be sorted
